Your Home and Conducts the Enrollment. You receive instruction on the USDA guidelines; receive a provider manual, cookbook, nutrition handouts for children and other materials; and are shown how to complete your menu records - Parents Complete the Child Enrollment Forms
Have the parents of the children in your care complete a one-page child enrollment form and return with your monthly claim.
Reimbursement is sent to the provider on the 20th of every month or you can choose direct deposit. You also receive a year-to-date earnings summary with each check.
