  • Heartland Child Nutrition serves as a sponsor of the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program to child care providers across the North Dakota. Please click on "What is Heartland" on the left sidebar for more information.

In addition to reimbursement for nutritious meals and snacks served in family child care homes, we offer many education opportunities to child care providers.

Child care providers can rely on a friendly, experienced staff that provides up-to-date information on topics relating to the child care profession with an emphasis on nutrition, food preparation, kitchen safety, food guidelines, and children's nutrition activities.

Take a minute to browse this site for exciting news for you! We also have a nutrition specialist on staff that can give you assistance on cycle menus, menu ideas, picky eaters, recipes and more. And if you need a form in a hurry, email or call us and we can email it to you the same day. If you would like additional information, please call us at 250-0140 or 1-800-366-6793 or hcn@heartlandnutrition.org.
